Other than service department, employees did not wear masks. While the sales department is by appointment only, the sales and office employees walk through the customer waiting area regularly. I decided I felt safer waiting an hour outside in cold weather than inside their facility. Would not recommend at this time.
Classic bait and switch company. Do not believe their pricing. It’s only good if you are trading in and financing so they can manipulate numbers. I have pictures and text messages that prove this is true. I’ll be turning them in to the BBB and NC Atty General.

I just purchased a 2021 Volvo XC40 from Melissa Keffer. Best car buying experience I have ever had! She went above and beyond! Highly recommend this dealership!
Melissa Keffer was my salesperson (I'm old and that's what we called them after they finally hired women...thankfully). She is wonderful. Helpful, professional, great sense of humor and knowledgeable. Okay, I must add that she's very pretty, too. I just bought my second Volvo from this dealership. I had a great experience with Abbi Satter and the rest of the team. I did a lot of shopping online prior to my appointment and they had the cars waiting for me to test drive upon my arrival. Great experience.
Do not go to this dealership if you care how you are treated. After a 3 hour trip to the dealership with my husband and 6 week old, we came home without a car but during the week we worked out a deal on the phone with our salesperson. We drove that same 3 hour trip with our now 7 week old the following week to buy the car only to be told that we were mistaken and hadn't worked out a deal and the car price was roughly the same. Absolutely the rudest dealership I’ve ever been to. The owner of the dealership, Mr. Rob Satter raised his voice at me, threatened to call the police, and ordered me off the property due to the fact I had no appointment, and asked to be accommodated. I was the sole customer in the building. The secretary said they “Might be able to accommodate me in 4 hours.
