My experience here at volkswagon was better than expected i was 100% satisfied with the service they provided me test drives were a pleasant experience johnathan walked me through the paperwork and he was really helpful and kind. Very professional salesman id give him a 10 out of 10!
We loved our salesman “JB” John Bjerk so much we bought 2!!! We’re loving our new VW’s!!!! Everyone we dealt with yesterday was great!! No pressure no annoying hounding you... he just walked with us (me super standoffish cuz I didn’t want or need help!) listened to my likes and dislikes and let me decide what I wanted to see- offered to go get me a different vehicle from another Harnish lot.... ended up driving a 2018 Volkswagen Atlas and fell in LOVE!! The hubby got a commuter car too!!!
I cannot be more grateful for my second purchase at VW of Puyallup. First time in was understanding what's better, to lease or buy. Leased my 2015 Jetta and could not have had a better car. Sad to see it go but planning for the next stage in life. Haley and Romy walked me through my options, listened to my budget and really walked me through all my options. A few test drives and some support later and I have my next car. Seriously thank you for your patience, not pressuring me, and really listening to what i was looking for.
Shawn was one of the best sales professionals I've ever worked with. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and no pressure environment. If you are going to VW of Puyallup make sure you talk to Shawn. He is worth the wait and will do what it takes. I purchased a Nissan 370z from their used lot an I'm happy with the deal.
