Who enjoys car shopping?? I know, I don’t- It can be a very long process- looking for that perfect car then test driving then sitting down with the fiancé team... I hated car shopping until I found VW of Puyallup!! I did research online, applied online to get pre-approved, I communicated with Ryan, our finance guy :) and when we arrived to test the drive the Jetta I have had my eyes set on- paperwork was complete and ready to sign! love this place and the people that work there.
I like the professionalism, yet down-to-earth approach they provide to their customers. Jacob is an exceptional example of this and welcomes you like family, no matter your lifestyle or economic status. Also, they have access to about anything you are looking for.
Great service, cool waiting area with free WiFi and complimentary coffee and a soda and snack machine for purchase. The workers are friendly. Other shops are at walking distance if you don’t want to wait. Spencer is always helping me and gives me great tips on how to care for my car.
An overall good experience. Says went above and beyond after the sale to make sure that we were taken care of. Very friendly people and would buy from here again. It was worth traveling from Phoenix to pick up the 2014 SportWagen.
There’s a difference between “miscommunication” and “failure to inform”. So many things went wrong with this purchase. I did, in the end, get the car I wanted, but they also lost a sale to a family members once the integrity of the salesperson became questionable. I’ll leave it at that and suggest anyone wanting to purchase a VW try another dealer or be prepared for smoke and screen show. Love the car/ hate the process. My son bought his first VW bug here! He has been dreaming of owning a VW since he was 12. He has worked and saved his money for years and doing nothing but studying VW’s, attending Car-shows and connecting with fellow VDubers. This is his passion and today his dream purchase came true. He purchased a 1974 beetle. Our salesperson Giovanni was not pushy, he was calm and very friendly. The sales manager Haley worked with my son on a great deal and extended her personal passion, knowledge and expertise of VW’s. THANK you all....
