Very poor communication and wasting the customers time. No sense of urgency when an appointment is made to have the vehicle there for the appointment.

After the sale I had issues with my CPO vehicle. Texted, called & emailed this dealership - was told they would contract me about my issues. Never called me. After a while of no contact from the dealership, I contacted VWOA. Explained what happened and they contacted the dealership in my behalf. After a while, they informed VWOA I waited too long even though I contacted them right away with my issues. Circumstances prevented me from being able to be there with my daughter during the purchase of her first vehicle. Going it alone, we were both stressed and nervous.
