Actively price gouging loyal 20 plus year customers of Volkwagen. Called and asked why they are selling a used 4 year old TDI for 10k more than either KBB or NADA, and was told..."they are rare and this is what we have in it." BS, you're price gouging customers on an emissions scandal vehicle! They are not V10 TDIs and are definitely not "rare." 0 stars for integrity, 0 stars for ripping off potential lifelong VW customers at your dealership. I'm very indecisive and took forever to decide of the car I wanted. everyone we worked with was so patient and they stayed after hours to help us close the deal. I ❤ my new car!!

We had an awesome sales experience but now that’s being overshadowed by the lack of communication we’ve gotten from the finance manager... quick to take your money but so slow to give it back. Can’t trust a business who doesn’t hold their promise of calling back

Drove from Spokane, WA to purchase my Tiguan from Shawn Yi. Worked with him via email before I even got here and gave me all the info I needed to make a sound decision. Didn’t even have to test drive the car first, I knew I wanted it and he was very helpful the whole way through the purchase. To top it off, once I got into town, he was great to work with in person! After spending a few months hemming and hawing over a new vehicle, VW of Puyallup was my go-to choice and both Shawn and Haley made it a great experience! Got set up in a 2020 Tiguan SE and haven’t looked back. Added bonus - Pop-A-Shot and Ping Pong in the showroom. Could’ve stayed there forever!
Inquired about a vehicle. Received a call from a salesman who asked me if I had any questions. I asked him for his best price. He then started to vet me without giving a price. I asked him again for a price and his response was, I’m working from home because of coronavirus in case you haven’t heard of it.
