RecommendedCame in to look, several hours later, we left happy with a new (to us) car. Jeff made all the difference! Every step of the process was a challenge for him (started out not being able to quickly locate the keys for the vehicle we came to look at), and he remained calm and collected the whole way.
I had 2 service appointments with 2 different vehicles within 2 weeks and both times when I walked into the service department, I was greeted by the Manger Ian, my long time super fantastic mechanic Eileen and two of the service advisors, Melinda and Jenn and they were all full of smiles and eager to help! Everyone in and around the department, including the customers too, were all in such a good mood! Best experience ever buying a car. Seva sold me my golf today. I had had issues all week trying to buy a car and he made it quick and easy gave me what I wanted, there was no stress and he had an awesome sense of humor. I was told to see him from a coworker of mine and she also had a great experience with him. Literally I am so grateful. Thank you so much dude!
We bought a 2011 golf tdi and love it. It was probably the easiest and best car buying experience me and my wife have had. Shawn Sanchez helped us a ton and made everything stress free and got us into the perfect car.
