I bought my Jetta at VW of Puyallup a couple years ago. The entire buying process was good. Today I took my car in for service and LOVED the service I got. Jenn is amazing. She kept me updated through the entire process and called me with any questions I had. The Jetta is running good as new! Shout out to the detail guy (sorry I don't know your name)... Another dealership that advertises cars as in stock on their website and even tells you they have it available when they really don't...but you can drive an hour away to put a deposit on the car that will be there "any day now".
