best dealership we've dealt with! karri is very smart, fun and helpful, i never felt that she just cares about making money( like what will make u feel with other salesmen/women) she will try her best to give you what you wanted and give you advices. and shaun, he can do magic! lol. he can make impossible things possible! he's very nice and fun too, and everyone is very nice and friendly! kudos to all of you!! my worst nightmare dealing with dealership went away. a big round of applause to all of you!

When you ask a question at the parts department it seems like you are a inconvenience to the employee. Don't think I will be going back to this parts department again.

I had come in to get my tires filled with air cause the low air pressure light was on. I then felted pressured to buy all new tires and told my back tire had a nail in it that was couldn't be patched up. The man in the service department was rude and I felt intimidated. After I finally said I'll have to talk to my husband his whole attitude changed and he finally let me go.
