Seva is the bomb!! We bought our 2016 Jetta from him and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about VW products. He was very low pressure which I value in a sales person. He also got us the perfect car that fit into our budget perfectly! If you want a Volkswagen, GO TO VW OF PUYALLUP. ASK FOR SEVA. YOU WON'T BE SORRY.
I love this place...Jen in the service department is my favorite! She is always so friendly and everything always gets done in a timely manner. There's always great communication and service. I love it here !
All the staff here have been super nice. Went late into a Saturday to buy my car from Romy the most awesome sales guy. Got me into the right car for me. Super easy to deal with. Even at 10pm on a Saturday night everyone was cheery. Very happy to be part of the Volkswagen of Puyallup family.
Shannon, Haley, Beth, Shawn were amazing. Gave us the best experience with our new car buying. Got us the best rate. Worked hard for us finding the perfect car. Best deal on an oil change that I could find for my BMW. The staff was friendly and helpful. Wifi for my laptop so I got a little work done. Good coffee and snack too!
So I went in knowing what I wanted, and Seva came out and helped me with obtaining my first new car. It was a nice experience. I had kind of bad credit but that didn't stop me. Didn't treat me like I'm just another paycheck or anything. Overall I'm happy with how things turned out.
