Always a fair and reasonable consumer, I would rate my last experience at VW Puyallup as poor to fair. This is due to a complication scheduling a service in addition to a loaner vehicle to which I am entitled to as a lease customer. This issue came about when the VW Dealer refused my privilege to rent a loaner car for a service issue regarding my new 2015 VW Jetta when it began having issues starting.
