Excellent customer service. even provided me with a brand new Tiguan loaner. Work was done in 1 day when I was told it could take 2-3 days.
We just spent $2400 on clutch and now the cars motor vibrates tremendously. The car has been back to the dealer twice to diagnose this. It has done it more than once at our house after picking up the car from them. Now they can’t diagnose the problem and they cannot fix the problem and have sent us on our way. Please don’t go here to get your car worked on. Reporting all this to VW customer care if that helps. I am going to post the video of what the car does and they are telling us nothing is wrong with the car.

Fantastic customer service. Manny is the Man. He helped me over the phone. I had never owned a new car before and I was a little nervous (you understand she's my Baby). Manny walked me through the process even though I had bought from a different dealership he was very nice. At the dealership the whole team had a gaint smiles and great customer service all around. My wife and I met with Mark Sanchez at Volkswagen Kearny Mesa and he was great, along with the other gentlemen we spoke with in order to get into our new car. The whole facility was clean, very friendly staff and everyone was so helpful and not a bit smothering. Our experience was painless and the time it took from walking the lot and test driving to working the numbers and getting us out the door in our new car was quicker than we were dreading!
