Dropped my car off to replace my SECOND intake manifold in 30k miles under warranty. They sold me AGAIN on having valves cleaned even though they were “cleaned” just 30k miles ago. I requested before and after pictures to ensure they actually cleaned my valves the second time. No photo provided. Replaced cracked exhaust manifold. 1600 dollars later I receive the car back dirtier then when I dropped it off. Smudges all over the exterior of the car by the engine bay. Didn’t even wipe it down.
