Stay away from the service department!!!! Took my car in for service and they did $2500 worth of damage. The service manager offered to cover it and now the General Manager Steven Taylor is refusing to do the right thing
Got my headlight replaced in less than 20 minutes, and didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Also fit me into their schedule when I got told by another VW dealership I couldn’t be fit in till Friday. Very friendly and efficient staff. Definitely would go to them again and again.

I’ve only been there twice for service but they were very nice. Super helpful and got me out of there as quickly and they could. Some things were beyond their control, but I was still happy with the outcome. Not a lot of places work on VW’s but they’ve been good. Much better than the previous VW Dealer we went to. Thanks VW Kearny Mesa!! 👍🏼
