Service Department is terrible here. I take my car to South Bay VW where they actually know what they are doing.

Honestly the worst experience I’ve had with a car dealership. Communication sucks so bad and not trust worthy at all. Bought a 2014 Ford Escape they had as a trade in... first day having it, I had to return it for wiring, camera and clock work to be done. They ended up having to replace the battery as well. They ended up having my car for a week and a few days, after I already sold my previous car.
