They didn’t really investigate the issue of the manufacturer’s factors and didn’t listen to us. I never want to buy this manufacturer’s car again.

I have a 2012 Passat TDI that is under warranty because Volkswagen lied about the carbon emission, it is a recall on some parts. This car broke on September 08 and it is at Volkswagen Kearny Mesa dealership ever since. It's been more than 2 months that is there because they don't have the parts to fix it.
