Everyone at this clinic is going above and beyond keeping things safe from COVID. I appreciate their kindness and patience through this pandemic. From Doctor to receptionist, each one has been so kind to each patient.

Brought my glasses in to be fixed, just needed a screw! A 2 second job. Told I needed an appointment, they gave me one for a Friday! Today is Monday! I am retired, however what would have happened if I had to work Tuesday morning? Can’t drive without my glasses, so I would have had to call in for a whole week! Now does this seem fair for a 2 second job? You have lost my business!

What a bunch of fools!! I make an appointment 5 weeks ago for my child, a child who has been there twice before to purchases glasses! Two hours before his eye exam appointment they call and say they can’t do his exam because he’s under the age of 7...so let me get this straight, I can make his appointment clearly notating his birthdate and age, wait 5 weeks for the day of the appointment and two hours prior you cancel! I'm highly disappointed in the experience I had in the store today. I arrived early for my 1PM appointment and the registration line took nearly 30 minutes. After I gave my name they stated that I was booked for Sunday Jan. 3rd. I know this to be incorrect because I was confirmed on Saturday the 2nd and the store is even closed on Sundays. The lady at the registration said that there was nothing she could do and that there was likely a glitch in their online booking syste... Continue Reading

The office staff here is so friendly. The woman who helped me with my glasses was so kind & patient. She took the time to find which frames really were best for me & gave me multiple options to fit my budget. Definitely recommend!

i had the greatest experience today and I feel bad I didn't get anyone's name. But my husband had been dealing with major medical issues and having to go to Dallas every 3 weeks for medical treatment for his stage 4 lung disease. since I'm having to do all the driving I went in just to see if I could afford a new pair of glasses. Not only did this manager understand he fixed it that I could get my glasses & a new pair of lens for my sunglasses. They were rude since I walked in the door. The male and Kathleen were very rude and have terrible customer service skills. Didn’t tell me it was an extra $80 for a contact fitting. Other then that, Suzanne is a very good doctor.
