Excellent sales staff and customer service at the Millcreek Mall Visionworks! We came in and Christopher I. Helped us select the perfect glasses for my 10 year old daughter. He was friendly, caring and extremely comforting. My daughter was apprehensive about the exam and Christopher was so kind and reassuring! Thank you so much, we are customers for life! ☀️☀️☀️
They have always been so patient and helpful to me and my kids. We all know kids take forever and change their minds a thousand times. But they have been so kind and helpful
I normally dread having to get an exam and get new glasses....but coming to Visionworks changed my mind. The people that work there are knowledgeable and friendly, and took the time to help me get some I actually like. I appreciate their hospitality and will definitely recommend them.
