RecommendedSince retiring & a change of vision insurance, I went to Visionworks for glasses. Hayley B was VERY honest & helpful. Can’t wait for some new sunglasses! They put my nurse mom's glasses in an Express Envelope and it broke, WHY DIDN'T YOU USE A PADDED BOX! During COVID this happened! 4/6/2020
Hayley was AMAZING! We have been coming to Vision Works for a few years now but our last experience was outstanding! We decided to get the whole family in on the same day. 2 adults and our 4 kids. Hayley was attentive, friendly, helpful, honest and down to earth. Dealing with 6 people ranging in age from 46-4 yrs old picking out glasses and all that goes in to it was handled flawlessly. Had my eye exam today at the Erie location in the mall. Dr. Berkowitz was amazing. Josh, who works at the counter, was very informative and helpful, helping me to decide what insurance I wanted to use and would be most beneficial. Hayley helped me choose a great pair of frames and was also a big help and gave great advice in deciding what and how I should use my vision benefits. 1. You can make appointments online! It's so convenient! 2. My appointment was for 1:30. I saw the doctor at like 1:35. I couldn't tell you the last time that happened! 3. Amy is THE BEST!! Extremely happy with my no-fuss appointment today. :)
