They are horrible. I tried to get their insurance hold releases when I cancelled my appointment and when I called kept getting transferred to their "after hours" call center (during active hours) and they hung up on me...three times...and online chat was useless...and no way to email.

This outlet is terrible at customer service. I had an appointment for exam and contact prescription. They gave me a pair to try before ordering, the power and add were way off. I returned the trial and explained what was wrong. The person I spoke to said they would give the info to the Doctor. It has been over a week. Calling the location today and have been on hold for nearly half an hour.

I had a routine eye exam recently. The Doctor said that one eye had gotten weaker, so the prescription for that eye would have to be strengthened. Visionworks ordered my new contacts, but when I received them - the prescription was weaker. I could not use these contacts. When I called Visionworks, they told me the prescription was correct. I asked them to check with the doctor, but they told me they couldn't do that. They told me to schedule another appointment. This place and people are complete garbage. You can't get ahold of anyone on the phone and customer services lies and/or hangs up on you. It's a shame you have to leave one star.

I went in for a routine eye exam and needed glasses for an astigmatism. This visit (approx 5 yrs ago) seemed to go well, the Dr. was fine but the support staff was absolutely atrocious. The female front desk staff had ZERO customer service skills and the most unfriendly staff Ive ever encountered especially for a medical office. The female staff are the same staff to date with some additions in support staff. I pick out my glasses (2 pair) and pay close to $1000 for them to include progressive lenses.
