Horrible service from the location and corporate office . Ordered lenses to be fitted into a my old frames in January. Glasses came back without transitions on them. I was advised that my prescription wont allow it so I asked for ************* now March 11-2022 . Still havent received my glasses. I got an updated stating they dont know what happened. I notified **************** but I only received a few emails asking my name , location and what happened. The store ( Cationsville Md location ) IS NO HELP. Corporate IS NO HELP... read more

This was my second visit to this office and I will not be returning. I only chose this doctor because he accepts my insurance and the location is great but I will be returning back to my prior doctor who is 30 miles away from my home address! All though the doctor is great his staff members are ill-mannered, and impolite! Each visit the women here was rude! I would NOT RECOMMEND this business to anyone, the doctor really needs to upgrade his staff.

This was my second visit to this office and I will not be returning. Most disappointing experience today at the ************** Vision Works... *********, **... we have drive an hour and a half one way to our appointment one way... I have recieved multiple emails and text reminders about our appointments starting at 11:30 AM, 11:45 AM, 12:00, and 12:15 today February 15, 2022... when we arrive at 11:30 for our first appointment they say we don't have an appointment and that it was not their problem that we had received all of the emails and texts about the appointments which even stated thier ... read more

Upon entering, an employee mentioned some promo that was going on (I couldn't hear her), and I gave her an item number I found online, and asked her to look into the pricing while I looked at frames in the store.After I came back to her, she had not run any of the numbers I asked for. She proceeded to do so while I was with her, and she ran into a problem when I asked about insurance pricing.
