We were treated extremely poorly. Waited over 70 minutes to see a virtual doctor and then remained there over 2 hours both for the first appt and contact recheck follow up. We witnessed an employee named Yara roll her eyes behind customers backs, mouth inappropriate words about customers and she told us to go somewhere else for an appointment next time. Horrific Services. They still haven't reimbursed me & the *************** has me waiting because one refused to assist me claiming she was going home, but never left. She jumped to help others & filing away glasses. Will never returned. Even a consumer noted her head when the visionworks employee refused to help me. My credit refund was promised & nothing. Stay away from this lousy place.

May be violent privacy laws. Ask patients person medical history in front of other patients and customers. Also one rep ***** get off her **** to talk to people she just scooted her chair the person she needed to talk. Once I was done the same rep was on her personal ph flipping glasses with some pliers. I have contacted vision and advise them of this how ever when I went back nothing changed. This matter needs to be taken seriously.

I lost one lens from my reading glasses that I purchased from Vision Works a year ago. Right away they told me I had to replace both lenses because the lab wouldn't do just one lens. They searched my prescription, which is very insignificant as I usually read without glasses, and told me it was going to be very expensive. For the last 3 years I have been going to South Florida Vision. This year, due to their lack of professionalism, I decided not to go there anymore So, I went to Vision Works and the difference was huge. They were very professional and took care of my needs immediately and I had my exam and eyeglasses in about 1 week. No hassle, no mistakes, no long waits.

Money down the drain. They couldnt adjust them after several attempts. I immediately found a crack. Had to buy instant insurance for repairs!! And they still dont fit well with no input from them to rectify the situation. I went for just frames today, with coupon. Girl says its impossible to put same lenses into new frames! Thats incorrect. Ive had it done at the former eye clinic!!!
