Vince was very professional and was willing to work around my schedule. He contact me right away and did the job within the same week!!!
I received a call within minutes of putting in my request with service magic. He was able to come to the house and have it fixed the next day. It was fast service along with knowledgeable service. He explained what he did in terms that I could understand. It was nice to hear the reasoning behind adding another valve--for future fixes as applicable.

We lost power on the original scheduled day, and Vincent Plumbing and Heating understood completely and scheduled us for the very next day for our furnace cleaning and 21 point carbon dioxide test. I was given a 2 hour time frame, and they called to let me know they would be to my house within the hour, and they were. Cleaning was done to satisfaction, advice was excellet, and they did not try to give us any false product repairs. They gave me a price, and there were no changes to it when all was said and done.
Vincent Plumbing called almost immediately after I submitted the request on Service Magic and was very helpful on the phone. They sent someone out the following afternoon who called when he was on his way and was about an hour earlier than when they said they would be there. Our water heater needed to be replaced, and they had one on the truck with them. Other than showing up 2 hours later than scheduled and first calling to say so 1.5hrs after appointment time, the contractor was great. Very friendly, professional and quick.
I actually did not hire Vincent Plunbing but I almost did after talking to Jeff. He help me with my warranty situation with GE and before I finalized everything he told me to check a couple of tubes. When I did, I found one of the outlets were loose so there was no need to hire Vincent Plumbing because the leak had stopped but I was very thankful for his courteous help.
Estimate given up front, which was very much appreciated. Sam took the time to explain all necessary repairs on my pipe & faucet leaks, as well as recommendations to address some of my other plumbing concerns. He did the job well and left the place very clean.
