I contacted all three professionals ServiceMagic referred and all three were very responsive to my request. I went with Vincent Plumbing because they provided the least expensive quote with a warranty on a brand new water heater. Both the technician and sales rep at Vincent Plumbing were very pleasant to deal with and I'm very happy with the results of my new Water Heater.

The entire process was seamless and painless. Courteous, fair and concise. Sam, the installer, was on-time, friendly and helpful. The job was done in less than 2 hours. I would use Vincent Plumbing again in a heartbeat.
Jim called a few minutes after my online search requested for a Plumber to repair a pipeline slow gas leak. I described my problem according to We Energies, and I got a quote and an early repair date. Jim assured me that this company was bonded and insured, and would clean up any mess that might occur during the job repair.
The personnel at Vincent Plumbing had great communication and were up front and honest about the necessary repairs. They were able to take care of my problem without me even being there.
Vincent Plumbing did a good job at clearing out a clogged drain that I had. They showed up early and completed the job within 10 minutes. The only complaint I would have is the price. It just was more expensive than what I would have liked to pay.
