I had called and asked for someone to take a look at some furnace and plumbing repairs. No one mentioned anything about a charge for someone to take a look at my house. The tech showed up about 30 minutes. My roommate showed the tech the problems. The tech gave him a couple of rough quotes and kept pressuring him to sign a contract for them to do the work. We greatly appreciated the oppertunity to work in this home. We are not high pressure sales. At times we do forget to tell the client about our travel charge, which is waived if we do any work. When this happens we just drop the charge all together. Sorry this one didn't work out.
Service Tech was prompt and courteous. Recommended a replacement, confirmed pricing and availability, and scheduled a date to install. Called ahead to postpone installation the day of, and rescheduled for the following day. Explained programing of the unit and routine maintenance.

They were on time and very professional. The final bill was right in line with what he estimated for me over the phone - even though he was reluctant to give an estimate that way. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Extremely professional and easy to work with. Would recommend him to anyone. They even worked on a day they were supposed to be closed since it was their error on the scedule. Very impressive.
Sam was very knowledgable and did an excellent job.
I found the work to be good and Sam was friendly and helpful. I did find this work very pricey. Next time, I'll purchase my fixtures ahead of time.
