Business response:
We greatly appreciated the oppertunity to work in this home. We are not high pressure sales. At times we do forget to tell the client about our travel charge, which is waived if we do any work. When this happens we just drop the charge all together. Sorry this one didn't work out.
Service Tech was prompt and courteous. Recommended a replacement, confirmed pricing and availability, and scheduled a date to install. Called ahead to postpone installation the day of, and rescheduled for the following day. Explained programing of the unit and routine maintenance.
Did good work.
They were on time and very professional. The final bill was right in line with what he estimated for me over the phone - even though he was reluctant to give an estimate that way. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.
