Very Well. The serviceman came and fixed the problem within a few days. I didn't have to buy a new AC unit and everyone is happy that the house is cool again.
Very professional and courteous. Job was completed within 24 hours of initial contact.
Sam (the plumber assigned to our small project) did a thorough job of assessing and estimating our project on Thursday. By the nextTuesday, the job was finished to our complete satisfaction. Sam recommended a few upgrades that made sense to us, based on his pricing (based on doing everything at once). At the end of the day, 1 part of the job took more effort, but another part took less. I had been attempting to get a plumber that I had used for many years but after days of being put off by the office lady (I think she was too busy with bigger jobs to care about my small job), I canceled the inquiry with them and contacted servicemagic.
Was on time and reliable. Work was good.
Vincent Plumbling did an excellent job of installing the sump pump & battery back-up. Jeff took personal time to answer questions for me in advance, and during their initial visit, their plumber listened to lots of my conversation and by virtue of some of his comments, I added on the replacement of my water heater as well. They were there when stated and finished the job very quickly. Only time & rains will tell whether the sump pump replacement/adder are effective but I have every reason to believe I'll have no problems. I'... read more
