Very happy with my service. Sent in a service magic request on a Monday morning, and was able to have someone out same day at 4pm. Low price for a visit, and reasonable rate for refrigerant charge. Happy with results.
Prompt and courteous service. The repair was explained and completed in a short time and reasonable price. The new pipe is much improved from the old one.

Very unhappy with the experience I had with vincent plumbing. called vincent plumbing for an estimate on how much it would cost to just have someone come out to light the pilot light on my water heater. She said $49.00, but if something were wrong with the water heater and it needed repairs it would cost more. She never did give me a cost of what it would cost for repairs. VPH was asked to come out to "Neighbor in Milwaukee" to investigate possible damage to water heater from sewage flood. A $49.00 trip charge was quoted. Plumber investigated possible damage, cleaned ignitor, lit pilot, and tested system. The price charged was fair and customary.
Very conscientious and wanted to make sure he could fix the problem without having to replace our current faucet. Very happy with the outcome.
