March 11, 2010 What a wonderful experience!! Price was EXACTLY as quoted (price was VERY reasonable, had another quote for four hundred more!), for replacing 40 gallon, gas water heater. Arrived exactly at time scheduled. Very careful of our house, covered the carpeted steps to the downstairs rec room, prior to dollying water heaters up and down. Left the area immaculately clean. Highly, highly recommended! Al K. in Hartland.
was very pleasant. work was professional. would use him again
I will use Vincent Plumbing and Heating again. They were very helpful. Sam explained everything and I understood what the problem was. A happy customer.
Sam, the installer, was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He answered my questions in a way that I could understand them. He did not pressure me into choosing how to handle my water heater situation, but was informative in helping me to make my final decision.
professional, prompt, courteous! Good at explaining what was going on, able to give options. They were very good to deal with!
Very Professional, I didnot go with them only because the other quote I got was a little bit less. They had good products, I would have been very comfortable having them install a furnace.

It was Sam's quick thinking (outside the box) that came up with the solution to my problem. He saved me at least $1,500 by not having to rip out the walls between my Town House and my neighbors, an... read more
Sean from Vincent Plumbing called several days before to schedule and on the selected day he and another employee arrived on time. They were courteous and focused. They walked me through several solutions and allowed me to choose the option that fit both my time and my pocketbook. They gave me an estimate on price and time and they stuck to it. I would hire them again.
within 5min of filling out the service master web page, Vincent Plumbing was calling my phone. They could not have made my repair issue any easier. It was like the technician was standing right next to me, looking at the equipment I was looking at. Super Helpful and could not have made the repair with out Vincent Plumbing.
