On the day of the appointment, they called to offer me an earlier service call, as one had opened up, if I wanted. They showed up 15 minutes early, which I appreciated. The Service Tech explained all aspects of the job, and what costs would be involved. He did a terrific job in my humble opinion.
When called the schedule the estimate, they never told me there was a service fee and their estimate was double what I paid to get it done.
Bill was prompt, courteous and professional. He quoted a price and, even though he determined that we would required a little larger a/c unit, he stuck to his original price. We were completely satisfied with him, and would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends.
He came and did what I needed and charged me exactly what he quoted on the phone. He was also very clean and quick.
