I found them prompt, efficient and very courteous. The tech selected handles for me that are easy for me to use. He cared about providing me with a perfect solution. Everything was done satisfactorily even the extras, namely the sump pump valve and the toilet correction. I especially liked the fact that the tech explained everything that was being done and why.

Vincent Plumbing called me shortly after I submitted my form online. He answered many questions about the furnace I was looking for. He came over the next day (or the day after) and gave us a quote. He did not stay too long, and did not give us a hard sell. We appreciated this. Our furnace was installed last week. I called him a couple days after the install because a new booster fan was very loud. He sent a crew over the next day and replaced the noisy fan. Now all is well.
They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
The work done was satisfactory. They kept me inform as to what needed to be done. The invoice should have a breakdown of what the labor was and what the parts cost.

I thought this was just an estimate, but i was informed by the service guy that there would be a fee. I went on to have the sevice but would not refer.

Very polite, knowledgeable
The owner was very pleasant, informed, product/service was reasonably priced and the plumbers who came out to install the water heater were pleasant, efficient and even called to tell me the exact time they'd arrive. I was very pleased.
