Vincent was the first to call - they arrived by mid-day and completed the service and had me house warmed up by 2:00pm!
I was called within 12 hours from my late evening request, arranged for a workman to come 2 hours later. The workman was on time, friendly, knowledgable and prepared for my project. The project was complete 3 hours after that. So I am quite pleased with the quickness of response and quality of work. The cost was somewhat more than I had hoped but I am quite satisfied with the results. Thanks for the referral.
Glad you asked Arrived on time Explained the price, product and process clearly, after inspection it required the replacement of the toilet unit. Did the work in a timely manner, cleaned up, tested the new unit and we settled the bill. Charges were very fair. About as good as a visit from a plumber can get, professional and polite. He did forget a small plastic bucket, feel free to stop buy and pick it up when you are in the area. Thanks for the great service
Arrived promptly, very knowledgable and friendly. Offered advice for future as well as advice about future projects. The repair done was flawless and occurred in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend Vincent Plumbing, Sam was great!
This company was very professional, competitively priced, and worked very efficiently. I will definitely be hanging onto their card and using them a lot more! And they do heating! They were really great at a not so great time for my kitchen!
I found them prompt, efficient and very courteous. The tech selected handles for me that are easy for me to use. He cared about providing me with a perfect solution. Everything was done satisfactorily even the extras, namely the sump pump valve and the toilet correction. I especially liked the fact that the tech explained everything that was being done and why.
Extremely prompt and accommodating.
Vincent Plumbing called me shortly after I submitted my form online. He answered many questions about the furnace I was looking for. He came over the next day (or the day after) and gave us a quote. He did not stay too long, and did not give us a hard sell. We appreciated this. Our furnace was installed last week. I called him a couple days after the install because a new booster fan was very loud. He sent a crew over the next day and replaced the noisy fan. Now all is well.
They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
