The work done was satisfactory. They kept me inform as to what needed to be done. The invoice should have a breakdown of what the labor was and what the parts cost.
Business response:
Vincent Plumbing & Heating, LLC provides upfront pricing for our customers. This price is published in our Pricing Manual and is available for our customer's inspection at any visit.
Did not like the pricing...Otherwise I would recommend to others
I thought this was just an estimate, but i was informed by the service guy that there would be a fee. I went on to have the sevice but would not refer.
Business response:
Vincent Plumbing does not offer free on-site estimates for a simple drain cleaning. Our apologies for any miscommunication.
Very polite, knowledgeable
The owner was very pleasant, informed, product/service was reasonably priced and the plumbers who came out to install the water heater were pleasant, efficient and even called to tell me the exact time they'd arrive. I was very pleased.
This was an honest vendor who thought of the customer first. I HIGHLY recommend his company for use in replacement and repair. Hard to find good guys like this anymore! Great Job!
Quick, honest, and courteous.
I am truly surprised. They showed up when they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves and other contractors. They care about they job they do. I will use them again They saved my son's life. They recommended an air purification system. They above and beyond. They care about my family. They were outstanding. I should have paid them more for their services.
