I drove from Potters Bar to Berkhamsted for my chicken (eye infection). Dr Nicholson was brilliant. I went back one week later for a check up, and I got the wrong exit on the motorway (ok, my fault). I asked my wife to let them know, and they replied to come in anyway, and they would do their best to see the chicken. I was ready to wait.... Pepper came in to be spayed on the 30 th of July and to say I was a bundle of guilty nerves is an understatement! Every one there that day gave me so much confidence that she was in not just safe, but really compassionate hands. She has always liked going to the vets, and that's obviously a reflection of your care. My other half and I have switched to Village Vets for our Guinea pigs and they’ve honestly provided the most expert advice with so much care and compassion. Harriet and Benjamin always provide fantastic help and support.
Very friendly amd reassuring service, made a particular effort to be upfront about costs, and was able to secure a sameday appointment over lunch.
