U Street is an absolutely beautiful location with everything that one could need to reach their health, fitness and wellness goals. I attended my first group fitness class with Ron on U Street, for the first time EVER in 8+ years of working out, and absolutely loved the atmosphere, culture and intensity. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. I would highly recommend that you drop by for a visit!
I really enjoy my time at the gym! My trainer is an expert and gives me lots of motivation!!! 💪
