Awesome gym and spa, especially recommend the personal trainers at Renaissance location!
Vida U Street is a the best gym in DC. It is clean, very modern and has all of the classes, equipment, eye candy, and support to transform your body and your mind. If you love spinning like I love spinning VIDA’s skilled instructors and high tech bikes will challenge, and inspire you to endorphin highs.
Modern, clean, great staff, very convenient location, and eye candy for days!!!
AC doesn’t work at this location, it has been intermittent for years. This summer/fall it’s been increasingly bad. As a result the spin room is horrible, so is the locker room when you get dressed for work.
