Rating 1 star because after it seems well after a year, many Emails they send, the A/C still does not work. They claim “balancing”, yet to no avail. No fans on the cardio floor. Although there are a lot of great aspects of this gym, and there are many, they do not seem like they know how to solve A/C issues unless it’s 32° outside.
I love this place. I’ve never really felt comfortable in a gym before. Too many intimidating gymbros. Not here. The people and staff are all friendly and very helpful. This place has changed my life �
The Metrople location is not as good as other locations. Showers frequently are not working and despite complaints to management many times the are many lockers that have clothes for months, making the storage of clothes difficult.
I love this gym. The classes are challenging and the instructors know what they are doing.
This place has it all, great equipment, friendly staff, great training experiences for all body types!! And a rooftop pool just blocks from the baseball stadium!!!
Gym itself is fine. Cancellation process is completely unethical. I canceled my membership on 1/22 and they charged me an additional annual membership fee on 1/28. The management is completely dismissive and rude. I have in writing that my "account was completely taken care of" on 1/22 and they still wont reverse the "annual membership fee" which was approximately $49.
