It took 4 hours after our appointment to get a simple oil change and tire rotation. Do NOT go here!!!
Dropped my car off this morning for an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was at 10:30am. I returned to the dealership since I have not heard anything about my car. They haven’t even started on it. This is 3 1/2 hours past my appointment time. I would save my time and go elsewhere for services.
Service Center was great. I was prepared to spend the day here and they had me back on the road in no time.
My wife and I went there yesterday with plans to buy our 3rd car from there. I wanted to trade a 2015 Altima. I would have thought that me being such a good customer for the past 5 years that they would have made the deal work but they did not. The only way I could trade was to make my payment go 50 dollars higher or to buy an Altima that wasn’t as nice as the one I have now when it was new.
