Start by getting a new sales manager. never been so insulted before. I questioned a truck price as being $1 over invoice, because Nissan of cool springs has same exact truck $3000 less. sales manager Ryan Russell told me he didn't want my business, go buy new truck somewhere else because I questioned his word. This would have been 3rd new vehicle purchase with Victory Nissan. I can promise it will be the last time I deal with them.
