My husband and I recently purchased a new vehicle. Our salesman, Austin, was the best! I would purchase another vehicle from him without a doubt. However, the financing associate that handled our purchase was incredibly unprofessional. He complained about being there all day and that it was late and he had plans. I did not purchase my Rogue there, but I went there for service. Nissan Cool Springs promised me a free oil change in Dickson, which turns out they didn't have authority to do. Evann Cole took care of me and delt with my drama with Cool Springs. He was very professional, patient, and efficient. Cool Springs did pick up the tab, as promised, but Dickson went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. His manager was great too, I'm sorry I don't recall his name. It was definitely the best experience buying a new car we have ever had! Kevin, our salesman, was great, he listened to all my wants and concerns and took great care of us! He helped me find the perfect car for me. We bought a 2020 Altima from Kevin, I couldn’t say how great our experience was! I absolutely love my new car! We will definitely be back to buy another vehicle!
