I have an extended warranty for my cvt transmission on my nissan and they would not replace the transmission. I left the car there for a month then they told me to come get my car or they will charge me for a storage fee. Car still not fixed and they refused to help me with the warranty. Will never go back.

Warranty was out due to time not miles. A case was also submitted to Nissan Consumer Affairs by customer and was denied through them as well. The dealership does not have control over what the manufacturer will warranty.

I am very dissatisfied with Victory Nissan’s service department. I have a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder that I had the transmission replaced. A year and 4 transmissions later they tell me it is the wiring harness and a 4000 dollar repair after telling me it was the transmission again. The transmission in these have been issues. The service department was non responsive until I got the general manager involved. Sales rep Preston, and Stephanie and Michael (in office) were all great at the Victory Nissan of Dickson. They went out of the way to find me exactly what I wanted, and at the price I needed. They showed me what real hospitality is, and I'm from Mississippi, the hospitality state. But I think they have us beat lol. Gotta love it!
I wish I could leave no stars. After a extremely long day, I'm left with no vehicle. I was dealing with John G******** and Kyle O******. They had trouble sending my lender the buyers order because they stated their system was down. My lender spoke to them over the phone so they knew the check was about to be presented to me. We had no issues sending her bank the info. We did so that morning. She said she would be there after work. We asked her to leave a deposit on more than one occasion and she declined. With vehicles being so scarce, it ia a habit to do so to avoid situations such as this. We texted her 3 times with no answer when she was late for her 3:45 pm appt in an attempt to tell her someone was here looking at the vehicle. Purchased a 2015 **** Patriot. 4 months later found out during a maintenance issue the bottom was corroded and rusted. Vehicle should not have been sold in that bad of shape
