Very rude sales staff. After lots of messages back and forth trying to work out a deal on their vehicle I received this message. Read through the reviews. Seems I’m not the first person with this issue.

Service department sucks! They didn’t rotate my tire because of aftermarket wheels but my lock was in the glove compartment! My radio has never worked right since I’ve owned the vehicle and now they want me to drop it off to look at it but won’t give me a loaner vehicle to drive so that I can get to work! Paid almost 40,000 for a car and have trouble out of it and the service department the whole time I have owned it! Salesman are great! I will never purchase another Nissan ever

Drove three hours to buy a truck here. (Arrived at 11am per appointment scheduled) After deciding I wanted the truck they said there were a few repairs that needed to be done first, do the paper work and it’ll be ready! Simple changing of brake pads and it was missing a lug nut and the stud was stripped (that I had to point out). That all being said. I signed paper work traded in my truck and sat there.
