Service department scheduling is a joke to say the least . Called on Tuesday to make appointment for my wife and myself on Thursday . Made appointment for Thursday at 7:30. Arrived at service department @ 7:25 @ 8:30 oil changes had not been started . My wife had to just leave in order to not be late for work. Please read and go somewhere that values a customers time.

I've bought 3 cars from them and always had great service until today. Went in at 915, they open at 9, for a simple oil change and was told I would have to wait for 2 hours. When I asked for an appointment the closest time they had was next week. How do you open and immediately have a 2 hour wait time?
Gene Aloi was amazing today!!!!!!!!!!!!! The entire experience was painless.. no pressure, answered questions, honest and forth coming about EVERYTHING...extended his help and was soooooo patient with us trying to determine what we needed to do.. We left with a new Flex and a feeling of trust for a dealership... FINALLY>>>>>>>>>>>>>>. THANK YOU TO GENE and all who helped us today

The employees were all very welcoming and they offer snacks and coffee while you wait. Was able to bring my dog inside as well, which is rare because most places aren't pet friendly around here..
