Overall we are satisfied with our van, however, we did not have a good purchasing experience. It felt rushed and not all important information was given to us. We were not offered an option on what we wanted to do with our positive equity from our trade in. Positive equity was just applied to the lease. This is not what we would have chosen to do with it, however, we we never told it was being applied to the lease.
