After leasing my last two cars here my husband and I visited last month when we were both ready for new vehicles. It was the worst experience!! After being quoted a ridiculously high lease price and ignoring my request to look at used CRV's we left very frustrated. Four days later we went to Tom Wood Honda in Anderson and left three hours later with two new vehicles! Tom Wood knows how to treat customers and how to sell cars. Victory Honda needs some lessons. You guys dropped the ball!
The staff, service department, everyone are so nice and polite. My favorite is salesman KT. He has leased me two CRV’s. He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. He worked really hard to get me into my first lease. Ask for him if you visit Victory Honda of Muncie!
