Buying a new car can be stressful, but I really enjoyed my experience dealing yesterday with Steve Roberts of Victory Honda in Muncie. He was knowledgeable and responsive to all of my questions and he answered them all clearly. He did not try to pressure me into considering models which I wasn't interested in. when we got our new Honda odyssey last year from a dealership in ohio we had it a whole 17 days and our driver side sliding door fell off while it was snowing and our son in his carseat was on that side. We were able to get the door on just enough to block him and put our 4 ways on to make it to victory Honda. They were only 2min from closing but when they saw what was wrong they fixed the door up free of charge and stayed well after closing to help keep our kids safe.
