Great service at Victory Honda, both in buying/leasing and maintenance. Toward the end of last year I purchased a Ridgeline - my first Honda. A few weeks ago I leased a Civic si Coupe. I came into town from out of state to visit my sister and decided to start my car search at Victory Honda. I sent in a request to test drive a low mileage 2013 Honda Pilot. Just bought my first car here and had a great experience! Kirk was a wonderful help in finding a car that would meet my needs as a future teacher and current college student. Very friendly people and a nice environment.
The sales team is top notch! We had the pleasure of working with Kirk Johnston. He greeted us in a very friendly professional manor, and was very understanding when the kidos started running circles in the showroom! Fast forward a week later and we were in test driving vehicles. Kirk and Jeremy didn’t have a problem staying over after hours to assure the deal was done! They went above and beyond all our expectations! Thank you again Kirk! My husband's grandmother took her van in to be checked since they bought it there to have brakes checked. A week later noise was worse, so it was taken back. While an employee decided to drive it around the wheel fell off because they didn't put tire back on right. They refused to accept fault. Charged a 900 fix, insurance agreed to tow it somewhere to pay and Honda then claimed they already fixed it, but now wanted 1500 dollars.
