My husband's grandmother took her van in to be checked since they bought it there to have brakes checked. A week later noise was worse, so it was taken back. While an employee decided to drive it around the wheel fell off because they didn't put tire back on right. They refused to accept fault. Charged a 900 fix, insurance agreed to tow it somewhere to pay and Honda then claimed they already fixed it, but now wanted 1500 dollars.
