I have purchased many vehicles over the years from Victory. This past October I worked with Silas to purchase my truck. He was excellent--easy and pleasant to work with. Also, Mike Jester has always provided me with excellent service. I have purchased six cars from Victory since 2005.
My previous vehicle started to break down more and more approaching the 215k mile mark, so was really needing a dependable car. I got a hold of Silas and he was able to hold the civic that I was wanting to get. Silas was very friendly and easy to have a conversation with while waiting for finance. He even went ahead and made sure we got the car before someone else was going to purchase it. I came into victory Honda after totaling my used car in a bad deer accident. I wasn’t sure what to expect but Mike Cates went out of his way to get me the car that I needed for a price that was good for me! Easily one of my best customer service experiences to date! Victory is a great dealership with great people who do their best to give you what you need! I couldn’t be happier with my new 2017 Honda Civic!
