Mike Collins delivered the vehicle to my house and spent some time going over the vehicle as well as signing the paperwork! Recommendedgreat service, i had a noise coming from the driver’s side front wheel area iv had several problems with my 2017 crv mostly with the information screen which is complicated and annoying anyway i was ready to sell it until the service department tightened some bolts in the front suspension without saying anything else was wrong. and no charge. now i’m impressed going to keep the car 🚘 good job all around

Tried to rip me off by saying I needed a new battery. It was a year old with no issues. The week before the car was there for normal service and battery tested fine. I returned for some minor follow up work and they had my car for 3 days and suddenly the battery was dead and needed replacement. They obviously left something on in the vehicle while in their possession and drained the battery. Refused to admit that as a possibility.
