We have been customer at Victory Honda here in Muncie since 1982. Our salesperson, K. T, is an excellent salesperson and he took his time when he showed us the 2017 CRV-ex. It has many electronic devices and he was very patient in showing us how they work. Great car and this is our third CRV. We would buy another vehicle here without any hesitation, thanks to K. T. I have been a returning customer since 2005, and have always received excellent customer service. The service department have always gone above and beyond from the time I arrived for my appointments. I just recently bought an Odyssey and couldn't be more happy. The sales rep, Hollie, was very professional and personable. Since my purchase she has contacted me twice to see how I was enjoying my vehicle. Terry and Jason has always been friendly and have greeted me every time I am in there.
