I dropped my Honda CRV off at Victory this morning...they got me to work on time and picked me up as well. Ben was very helpful in addressing the issue that was not Honda related. They had to order a part, so I need to take it back on Thursday. Once again they are more than willing to let me drop my vehicle off early and they will make sure I get to work and back. Very satisfied!!

I have to say, Honda of Muncie is definitely a 5 star place, Holly and Ben were amazing to work with, our Odyssey van sensors were acting up, we were supposed to leave for Cinci, called over there, they had us bring van over and Holly made sure we had a loner car so we didnt miss our trip this weekend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Silas Philips is handsdown the best salesperson I habe worked with. He is nice and funny and genuinely helpful.
Stopped by to look at Civic for my son, after getting a job at Ball State and finishing his Master's degree. Told them that the logistics would not work right now, because we would end up with a extra car in Muncie. They brought his old car all the way back to Traverse City, MI. At no charge to us. WOW. He is driving a new Civic from Victory.
Excellent...My Family has been going here for years and we have always been satisfied.
