Honestly I’m not sure how they have a 4.8 out of 5 rating. The buying process was a promising one. While their service department is beyond the worst I’ve ever come across. Since I’ve owned the car I bought from there and has been serviced there since 2015, while I’ve owned the vehicle they have managed to put the wrong oil in the vehicle every time. 1 week ago, we bought a 2012 CRV. We are really enjoying it. Love the leather interior, heated seats, stereo and moonroof. This is the 3rd Honda purchased from Victory. Steve Roberts, our sales consultant, and Mike Jester, finance manager, were both very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. Thanks, guys. And thanks for helping my daughter. I came in to Victory Honda with very restrictive requirements. I filed bankruptcy last year and just recently had my car totaled in an accident. I spoke to Steve Roberts and told him everything and he did all that he could to get me the best deal that my credit would allow. To my surprise, I was approved for a 2014 Chevy Cruze and the payments aren’t even that much more than what I was paying for a car I’d gotten when my credit was significantly better.
