I bought a 2016 jeep Sahara from victory in August 2019. I was promised 2 keys and only got one. I was promised 4 brand new tires and instead got 4 slightly used tires. The options stated a “sunrider soft top” and when I question the salesman about it he said that the jeep was not a dual top vehicle. His explanation was that the IT guy accidentally clicked on that option.
